“We have proactively said that Medvedchuk is a resident of Ukraine, he doesn’t have anything to do with Russia. Furthermore, he is anything but a tactical man. On account of people who gave up at Azovstal (plant in Mariupol), we are discussing the military and individuals from patriot arrangements.
Hence, these are totally various classifications of individuals, and it is not really imaginable to discuss any trades here,” Peskov told journalists.
